Using the vegetables which I cooked in the field in the site, I performed a luncheon party today.
The field gradually becomes the form, too. I was able to harvest a turnip and a Japanese radish, greens flower, a carrot, the potatoes which worked.

A menu of today's lunch is this.
1. Nigiri-zushi (with wasabi of vegetables lightly pickled in salt, the greens flower, turnip sashimi konjac)
2. temari sushi (simmered with shiitake implication, smoked salmon)
3. Citron Namasu of the Japanese radish
4. Scissors deep frying of a Japanese radish and prawns
5. Sound of boiling water in a teakettle firing
6. Soup stock winding egg
7. I indulge the firing of the salmon
8. chibuni (leaf of chicken, kabu, Colocasia antiquovum, a carrot, uncooked Japanese bread-like food, the turnip)

By a menu full of variety, it was very bright visually.
There was the volume, and everybody was content very much to be delicious.
