Plan contents (aim)
I do the woman ratio of manager (more than post of chief) in each the corporation office, department more than 50%
① I perform the hearing to positive fair upbringing, boss for the evaluation of the workwoman.
② I perform the personnel evaluation that focused on labor productivity per time.
③ I carry out a fair evaluation for the use such as parental leave, reduced working hours.④ I perform switches from the non-regular staff to the original staff positively.
